Saudi Oger wins USD400 mln deal to construct the King Abdulaziz Center for Knowledge & Culture

State-owned Saudi Arabian Oil Co., or Saudi Aramco, has awarded Saudi Oger a deal to construct the King Abdulaziz Center for Knowledge and Culture, or Ithra, at a total cost of more than 1.5 billion Saudi riyals ($399.9 mln), Abha-based Al Watan daily reports Thursday.

Saudi Oger has begun implementing the project that is expected to be completed in the first half of 2013, the paper reports citing an AramcoAramco official who declined to be named.
